A Little Backstory About Me...

My name is Kyle Soderstrom, and I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Science. I am an NFL Draft Combine/Pro Day Performance Coach at XPE Sports in Fort Lauderdale, where I coach everyone from athletes preparing for the NFL Draft Combine to regular people looking to get in shape and perform at their best.

My goal is simple: to help you reach your goals as efficiently and as fast as possible, without injury. It's one thing to get to where you want to be, it's another thing to stay there!

I want to help my clients realize their potential both physically and mentally, on and off the field.

How does your program work?

I systematically assess and design tailor-made training programs based on your body's unique and individual needs. We then implement them in person with weekly check-ups and online coaching to make sure you're hitting your performance goals.

What kind of results can I expect and how long will it take?

I specialize in athletic performance, so my clients are able to "do more" with the body when working with me. Even though that's the primary goal muscle gain and fat loss are some additional benefits. Results depend on a numerous amount of factors but most of my clients see noticeable improvement within 90 days.

Do you take on non-athletes?

While I primarily work with athletes, I do take on anyone who is driven and looking to change to take their body's ability to places they didn't know were possible. Simply put, I will help you hit your goals, no matter what type of goals you have.

How many in person sessions do I get per week?

Depending on whether you want a hybrid or exclusively in-person training program. In person clients work as little as twice a week to as many times as five times a week while hybrid clients typically come in to check up 1-4 times a month.
